Ascendx has signed a definitive agreement to acquire GRAX and merge it with its existing portfolio company CapStorm, a move that will unite two leading Salesforce data management innovators into one powerful platform for enterprise data ownership, governance, and AI activation.
The merger is expected to close at the beginning of November 2025.
This strategic combination is the next step in Ascendx’s mission to give enterprises full control and intelligence over their Salesforce data.
Together, GRAX’s Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) architecture and CapStorm’s near real-time, self-hosted data platform will deliver:
- Complete data ownership and portability
- Compliance-grade governance and auditability
- A foundation for AI workloads and analytics
